Terms and Conditions
1.FEES AND EXPENSES
Our fees are fully inclusive with the exception of travelling costs - which will be agreed in advance – and VAT.
2. NUMBER OF TRAINEES
Each course overview determines the maximum number of trainees permitted to attend. The minimum number of trainees required to run a training session is four.
3.TERMS OF PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices will be submitted upon completion of the training. Payment terms are within 30 days of invoicing. If any sums payable are in arrears for more than 45 days from the invoice date, then Academy Training and Consultancy Limited reserves the right to charge interest on a day to day basis from the original due date at a rate of 3% per month.
4.CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
In the event of cancellation or postponement of an assignment, charges will be invoiced and become payable within 30 days on the following basis:
- Cancellation or postponement between 2 and 3 calendar months from the date of commencement - 25% of total fee
- Cancellation or postponement over 14 days but less than 2 months from the date of commencement - 50% of total fee
- Cancellation or postponement within 14 days of commencement - 100% of total fee
5.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All material content, conclusions and recommendations are made in good faith and on the basis of the information before us at the time. The client shall indemnify Academy Training and Consultancy Limited, its trainers, partners and consultants against all damages, costs and expenses liable by reason of any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered by the client or any of its staff or clients using the reports, recommendations, information and advice provided.
6.COPYRIGHT
The copyright of all written and electronic material, course notes, reports and training packages belongs to Academy Training and Consultancy Limited unless otherwise specified.
7.FORCE MAJEURE
Academy Training and Consultancy Limited cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience sustained by the client in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
8.LAW
The law of England shall be applied.
