Training Overview
Aim: 
  • To increase participants understanding of developing inner confidence and provide them with the strategies and techniques to project confidence.
Course Content: 
  • Understanding confidence
  • Assessing current confidence levels
  • Developing inner confidence
  • Projecting confidence
  • Understanding assertiveness techniques
  • Using assertiveness to overcome conflict and disagreements
  • Saying 'no'
  • Personal action plans
Duration: 
  • 2 days ~ run at times to fit around taking children to/from school
General Information: 
  • Interactive training workshop for up to 15 participants.
  • Each participant will receive informative handouts, a certificate and a training evaluation questionnaire.
