To provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to successfully gain employment.

Reflect on personal skills and experience
Consideration of suitable jobs
Producing an effective curriculum vitae
Successful job searching
Applying for jobs
Interview skills
Action planning

Group work and scenarios will give participants the opportunity to consider and practice various aspects of job seeking.

Duration

8 sessions of two and a half hours each.
These can be run separately or combined into days.

Training Method

Interactive training workshop for up to 12 participants.

Handouts will be provided which will summarize the basic points.

Each participant will receive a certificate and training evaluation questionnaire.
